Cympha sells the case platform and the add-ons that run on it. Partner products — GuideMia's FDA-cleared design software and Cympha Presentation — are made and priced by our partners. Every price below is read live from our billing system, in US dollars.

CBCT Segmentation

Automatic segmentation of CBCT volumes on your own workstation through the Cympha Agent. Flat monthly subscription, no tiers, no credits. Requires an active Cympha subscription.
Case payments between doctor and lab
8%
Labs set their own prices per service and per case. The doctor accepts and pays through Stripe; Cympha settles with the lab monthly after a 8% platform fee. Card processing is deducted at charge time. Labs may also invoice outside the platform.

About Cympha Presentation →Questions
- Who needs a subscription?
- Only one side of a case. If a lab is on Cympha, its doctors can receive, review, approve and pay without subscribing. If a doctor is on Cympha, the lab they send to reads and replies free.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Full access with no card, starting when you take a role on the platform.
- How do I cancel?
- Any time. Access continues to the end of the paid period, and your account, cases and shared files stay.
- Do I need GuideMia software to use Cympha?
- No. Cympha LMS and Studio work on their own. GuideMia software is for teams that design guides and aligners on the desktop, and it is licensed separately by our partner GuideMia Technologies.
- What currency and payment methods?
- Prices are in US dollars and read live from our billing system. Cards for subscriptions; card, Alipay or WeChat Pay for the 3-month prepaid plan.
