About Cympha
Cympha is the Dental Case Lifecycle Management platform. We carry every patient case as a single tracked record — across every doctor, lab, and supplier, from intake to outcome — instead of scattering it across a dozen disconnected tools. We build the pieces (Cympha LMS for the case record, GuideMia for desktop design, Cympha Studio for browser-based planning, and AI services) and connect them into one workflow, so every case stays together across rooms, labs, and software.
GuideMia, our desktop CAD line, has been in clinical use since 2012 — powering surgical-guide planning and orthodontic design for clinics, labs, and aligner manufacturers in over 10 countries, built on US patent US8543234B2 and two decades of digital implantology research. Cympha extends that foundation with the connective tissue: case lifecycle management, AI services, and browser-based planning that the GuideMia stack can plug into.
What we believe
Open ecosystems win. Dental software shouldn't lock practices into one scanner brand, one implant system, or one printer — Cympha works across every CBCT, scanner, and manufacturing system the industry already runs.
How we work
Clinician-led, with a small senior engineering team. Every feature ships through real cases first — if it doesn't help a clinician, lab, or designer do their actual job better, we don't ship it.
